Criteria for determining membership status in FCGLR are now available. The criteria for FCGLR Membership are as follows:

The clinic is in one of the 7 FCGLR states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio or Wisconsin)
The clinic is a 501(c)(3) organization
The clinic is a volunteer-based organization
Less than 25% of the clinic's revenue is from 3rd parties
Clients of the clinic have no insurance
